LONDON – The head of Britain’s Freetrade exchange is stepping down with immediate effect, the company told CNBC exclusively on Monday.

Adam Dodds, who co-founded the company with business partners David Fioranello and Viktor Nebehaj in 2016, will be replaced by Nebehaj, Freetrade’s current COO, as CEO, pending routine regulatory approvals.
